The Customer Care & Billing software is a tool set of different modules that covers the billing process using the customer care information.
The Customer Care info is centralized in one multi-page form, where all relative data can be accessed, like: Client’s address, Price plan, Subscribers, SIM cards,
Invoices, Services, calls details and other data.
The information that you get, can be exported to text file, or Excel spreadsheet.
The Billing is covered with few modules: Collector, Re-Calc, Calc-bundles, Invoice Generator and printing into PDF. More information can be found in the Modules.
